Megan Hayes

Operations Administrator

Megan Hayes is the Operations Administrator at BanyanGlobal. She manages the IT systems and supports the marketing and daily operational functions of the firm.

Prior to joining Banyan, Megan assisted the CEO and three Senior Partners at a Cambridge-based family business advisory firm. She also organized the firm’s trainings and events. Previously, she assisted one of Boston’s leading entertainment attorneys, and before that she supported a large group of sales executives at Pepsi Cola in Aliso Viejo, California.

Megan began her career as a Stage Manager in the Los Angeles theater community, a position she held for 15 years before moving on to Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England, where she earned a Masters in Early Modern English Literature. Megan later moved to Boston, where she continues to pursue her passions for history, architecture, and public transit.

She lives in Lowell with her husband and son. During her spare time, Megan tries to remember what it was like to sleep in on the weekends and have spare time to do things like keep her home clean and organized.
