We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to be the operational backbone of our Banyan office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace environment; reporting to the HR Director, this position sits at the intersection of executive support, finance, HR, and office management — making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and genuinely enjoys supporting the people around them.
What You’ll Do
Office Operations
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Banyan Boston office, creating a welcoming and well-organized environment
- Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies on a regular cadence
- Serve as the first point of contact for office-related vendors, facilities, and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with IT on all office equipment, software, and technology needs
- Identify opportunities to improve office systems and processes
Partner Support
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Partners, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries via the firm’s corporate travel agency
- Manage and submit expense reports on behalf of Partners using Expensify, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Anticipate Partner needs and handle logistics proactively
Finance Support
- Assist the Finance team with monthly American Express corporate card reconciliation
- Track receipts, code transactions, and flag discrepancies for review
HR & Events
- Partner with HR to plan and execute company events, team offsites, celebrations, and office gatherings
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, catering, and day-of execution
- Additional coordination of activities and projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of experience in an administrative, office management, or executive support role
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- A service-oriented mindset — you take pride in anticipating needs before they’re asked
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities across different teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and familiarity with expense and travel platforms
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

This role is based at our company’s headquarters in Boston.
The expected base salary for this role is expected to be between $50,000 – $65,000 annually and is a salaried, non-exempt position. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, skillset, experience, and/or performance, and other considerations. The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
