This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace environment; reporting to the HR Director, this position sits at the intersection of executive support, finance, HR, and office management — making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and genuinely enjoys supporting the people around them.

This role is based at our company’s headquarters in Boston.

The expected base salary for this role is expected to be between $50,000 – $65,000 annually and is a salaried, non-exempt position. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, skillset, experience, and/or performance, and other considerations. The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
