The Project Manager position at BanyanGlobal owns the day-to-day project management of client projects. Additional responsibilities include communicating with internal teams and clients and monitoring the projects to ensure timelines and budgets are on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the Project Manager for assigned project teams
- Schedule and actively participate in client and project team meetings; Adjust schedules and project targets as needed
- Record and send meeting notes with identified action items to project teams; monitor status of all action items to completion; responsible for successful completion of individually assigned action items
- Draft project estimates including hours and budget, analyze the data throughout the month, and provide clear actionable recommendations
- Create workplans to track project deliverables to ensure project teams remain on schedule and on budget; communicate progress to all team members
- Prepare and deliver client surveys, run data analysis, and provide analysis read-out to project teams
- Prepare, edit, and proof a wide range of project documents including, but not limited to, project work plans and proposals, presentations, interviews, call schedules, meeting materials, and other documents as assigned by the project team
- Interact with our clients and their administrative team
- Conduct research and prepare summaries for the project teams as needed
- Work with other members of the professional staff to ensure a smooth proposal review process
- Manage calendars of assigned Partners
- Contribute to the overall operations of the firm by serving on firm committees and/or recommending ways to improve our operations and services
- May arrange domestic and international travel and create comprehensive itineraries
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- College degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience with project management
- 3+ years executive level admin experience
- Exceptional project management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and strong ability to proofread, edit, format, and serve as a final quality control checkpoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment in filtering and directing information
- Professional, positive, friendly manner
- Able to deal with multiple complex tasks
- Team-oriented and proactive, with a strong work ethic
- Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
- Detail-oriented and well-organized; excellent time management skills
- Collaborative with an eagerness to continuously learn
- Proficient with a Mac operating system
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office suite and an interest in learning new systems
- Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality on firm and client matters
Compensation Range
Salary for this role is expected to be between $90,000 and $118,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, skillset, experience, and/or performance, and other considerations. The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of bonus and other benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
