Ben Francois has more than 20 years of experience advising families as they identify priorities, then make and implement intentional choices about the things they do together. Ben’s recent work has been focused on working with families who have multiple businesses to set up structures and allocate financial and human resources to achieve success. He also helps owners design and effect transitions in company leadership.

Ben has written on family business and family office topics for Harvard Business Review, among other publications. He is a frequent speaker on family business topics, including Thinking Like an Investor, Family Business/Family Office Governance, and Next Generation Development. Ben lives in Newport Beach, California, with his wife and their three children.
