Ben Francois has more than 20 years of experience advising families as they make and implement decisions about the things they do together. Ben’s recent work has focused on two main areas: working with families who own multiple businesses to design structures and allocate financial and human resources to achieve success; and helping owner-operators design and implement generational transitions.
Ben has written on family business and family office topics for Harvard Business Review, among other publications. He is a frequent speaker on family business topics, including Thinking Like an Investor, Family Business/Family Office Governance, and Next Generation Development. Ben lives in Newport Beach, California, with his wife and their three children.
