Holly Dellacanonica

Holly Dellacanonica is the Practice & Knowledge Manager at BanyanGlobal, where she helps the firm strengthen how knowledge is captured, shared, and applied across teams. She is passionate about building strong, trust-based partnerships and creating the systems, processes, and support that help both the organization and its people operate at their highest capacity. Holly is particularly excited about turning ideas into execution and optimizing the way work gets done.

Before joining BanyanGlobal, Holly held roles at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, where she developed deep experience in learning and development operations and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. She lives outside of Boston with her husband, Drew, and their three children, who keep her busy on the weekends.
