Client Services Manager
Lauren Ayres is the Client Services Manager at BanyanGlobal. As such, she supports multiple partners and works on various client projects throughout the firm.
Before coming to Banyan, Lauren spent 12 years working in the healthcare field in a variety of support roles. Most recently, she supported the CEO of a healthcare innovation and transformation company in Providence, Rhode Island. Lauren was also previously the Chief of Staff at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, MA supporting the C-Suite with strategy and project management. In all of these roles, Lauren also worked closely with the organizations’ Boards and gained significant experience with governance structures.
Prior to that experience, Lauren worked at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA as an Executive Assistant and Program Manager. In her role as Program Manager, she expanded and managed the operations of the hospital’s Information Ambassador desks and trained all front-end staff on customer service standards. During her time at Tufts, Lauren also volunteered after hours comforting premature infants as part of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Cuddler Program. Having the opportunity to spend time with the hospital’s most vulnerable patients, allowed her to connect with her work at the hospital on a personal and emotional level.
Lauren has her MBA from Suffolk University and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina.
Lauren is passionate about traveling, her favorite destination so far has been Italy, spending time at the beach and is a voracious reader. Delia Owens Where the Crawdads Sing is the latest novel to make it to her “all-time favorites” list. She currently lives with her husband and toddler twin daughters in Southern Massachusetts.
