Lauren Sheanon is the Human Resources Director at BanyanGlobal, leading all aspects of HR for the firm including talent acquisition, personal development, employee relations, and HR administration. As a member of the BanyanGlobal leadership team, what excites Lauren about her role is the opportunity to impact all aspects of the employee experience. Her prior cross-functional HR roles have provided her with years of experience in doing what she loves most – helping employees be their authentic and best selves at work. Lauren lives outside of Boston with her husband Chris and two children. She keeps busy with sports and time with family.
Fun Facts:
- Lauren performed in a choir from elementary school through high school traveling and singing her way around the US and to England. (Which was a big deal at the time)
- When not working or spending time with family Lauren can be found deep in the pages of a good book.
