As a Project Manager at BanyanGlobal, Leah Loomer is responsible for managing multiple client teams during project engagements. Leah brings original and fresh ideas to client engagements and has the ability to infuse humor into everyday situations. Before coming to Banyan, Leah was a Client Relationship Associate at Brown Advisory where she worked closely with high-net-worth families to meet their goals including wealth management, estate planning, trust administration, and family office services. Leah was also a Business Operations Manager at Brightview Senior Living, overseeing the financial and human resource functions of an assisted living community. Her experience working in senior living provided many opportunities to help families navigate a time of transition in their lives that often comes with emotional and financial complexities.
She was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida and, for some absurd reason, decided to venture north away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The cold weather and snow prove challenging at times, but ultimately the beautiful change of seasons and picturesque beaches and towns have drawn her in. She is now a New Englander at heart, currently living near Boston with her husband and two sons. She spends what little free time her boys afford her working on home improvement projects, reading mindless fiction novels, and going to country music concerts.
Fun fact:
- When Leah was 8, her family won an all-expenses paid trip to Disneyland from the McDonald’s Scrabble game.
- Leah wanted to join the circus as a trapeze artist but decided to take a more traditional career path.
