Jennifer Brady is an HR Operations Coordinator at BanyanGlobal. She provides valuable support to HR and firm-wide operations by contributing to a range of projects and facilitating the seamless onboarding of new team members. Jen has great attention to detail; she loves to assist in all kinds of projects, making sure every aspect is carefully and precisely addressed. Jen possesses the ability to listen empathetically and respond with genuine compassion. Prior to joining the Banyan team, Jen worked as an Office Coordinator at an executive recruiting firm in Boston. In her free time, Jen enjoys beach outings, embarking on travel adventures, immersing herself in a good book, and exploring new dining experiences with friends and family.

  • During her college years, Jen was a member of the women’s rugby team at Saint Mike’s.
  • Jen has a sense of adventure where she loves to travel both domestically and internationally. She has traveled to 25 states and 7 countries.
