Katy Moore is a Principal at BanyanGlobal. In this role, she helps family business owners articulate and align around a clear direction for their business and navigate the cultural, structural, and behavioral changes required to bring that vision to life. Katy draws on her deep experience in strategy, organizational development, team-building, and leadership coaching to help clients strengthen relationships and overcome challenges. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, and communications, as well as government and non-profit institutions.
She currently lives in New York and in her free time enjoys playing soccer and reading books related to human and organizational behavior.
