Erol “KC” Munuz is the Head of Communications and Innovation at BanyanGlobal. He has worked more than two decades as a senior internal and external communication specialist. KC’s primary interest throughout his career has focused on identifying and spotlighting unique content that encourages more productive client engagements. The nuances of large family business systems allows KC to draw upon his varied professional experiences and expertise.
Prior to BanyanGlobal, he served as SVP of content, programs and events at State Street Financial; EVP, external relations at Bain & Company in which he was responsible for external communications and media activities globally; SVP, Fidelity Investments, director of media relations for The Boston Consulting Group and VP for the public relations firm, Hill & Knowlton. His first corporate job was with The Hawthorn Group, a Washington, DC public affairs firm specializing in the energy sector. He began his career in the arts working as a professional actor.
He lives outside Boston with his wife and two children.
