Lauren Ayres is the Client Services Manager at BanyanGlobal, responsible for overseeing the firm’s amazing team of Project Managers and is also an acting Project Manager supporting several client teams. In her time at Banyan, she has supported some of the firm’s largest client engagements and has worked to expand the breadth of the Project Manager role. Lauren has exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities—she is able to take a holistic view of situations and apply critical thinking and process improvement skills to create efficiencies and introduce solutions. Prior to Banyan, she spent her career in the healthcare field in a variety of support roles. Lauren lives in Southern Massachusetts with her husband and twin daughters. She is an avid reader, loves spending time at the beach, and traveling to new places.

- Lauren volunteered comforting premature infants as part of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Cuddler Program at Tufts Medical Center.
- Lauren is passionate about rescue animals and currently resides with two cats and a dog.
