Vlad Barbieri is a Partner at BanyanGlobal. Vlad has extensive expertise in Owner Room issues, including Owner Strategy, and governance. Some of Vlad’s greatest strengths are his ability to guide Owners through a problem-solving process and his deep commitment to both his clients and his colleagues at Banyan. Vlad strongly believes that one of our roles at Banyan is to help our clients be as well prepared as they can be to make important ownership decisions together.
Vlad has written articles and case studies on family enterprise topics for Harvard Business Review and the FFI Practitioner.
Before moving to the US, Vlad lived in Brazil where he led the development of Banyan’s presence in Brazil. Prior to joining Banyan, Vlad worked at HSM, Telefonica-Vivo, andthe Boston Consulting Group. Portuguese is his native language, and he is also fluent inEnglish and Spanish and most of his clients are in Latin America and the US.
