Kelly Nealon is the COO for Banyan Global, overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Banyan’s operations, technology, and compliance systems while guiding Banyan’s future growth and development. In her role, she is able to translate strategic objectives and complex business problems into prioritized and manageable action plans.
She has spent her career primarily working at privately-owned businesses, both large and small, which has provided the foundation for understanding the opportunities and challenges that exist in family businesses. Before joining BanyanGlobal as a key member of its leadership team, Kelly worked at Fidelity Investments and Collective Next, both of which provided a foundation for her deep expertise in strategic business planning, operations management, communications, technology, and delivering superior customer service.
Kelly grew up on beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts, but she currently lives in Hopkinton, infamous as the starting line for the Boston Marathon, with her husband Timothy. They are the proud parents of a son and daughter.

- Throughout her youth, Kelly was an accomplished equestrian rider who competed competitively.
- Kelly’s prized possession is her light blue 1976 Cherokee Chief Jeep that her husband secretly restored for two years and gifted to her on her birthday.
