Kelly Nealon is the COO for Banyan Global, overseeing the design, enhancement, implementation, and effectiveness of Banyan’s operations, human resources, and compliance systems while guiding Banyan’s future growth and development.
She has spent her career primarily working at privately-owned businesses, both large and small, which has provided the foundation for understanding the opportunities and challenges that exist in family businesses.
Before joining BanyanGlobal as a key member of its leadership team, she provided right-hand support to the CEO of CollectiveNext, a Boston-based consulting firm specializing in creating meaningful change to propel organizations forward by designing solutions, engaging the appropriate audiences, and developing the behaviors and capabilities needed to make the change successful. As COO, she was responsible for driving the company’s strategic and business planning, internal communications, event management, technology, and internal business operations.
Prior to that, Kelly spent 14 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of leadership roles in communications, service excellence, and production roles, which provided a foundation for her deep expertise in strategic management, operations, event management, and delivering superior customer service.
As a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, her degree has come in exceedingly handy as she’s led teams throughout her career. Kelly grew up on beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Currently she lives in Hopkinton, infamous as the starting line for the Boston Marathon, with her husband Timothy and two college-aged children. In her free time, Kelly loves traveling to new places, cooking, entertaining friends, camping, and visiting her family on Cape Cod.
